Prison Break is Act 3 in the Rescue at Glares Peak Rebellion Day Adventure.  Players should have completed Acts 1 & 2 already and be introduced to the adventure.  If you have a player who has not previously participated in any of Rescue at Glares Peak then they can be a Rebel Asset who was back at the PCs safe house.  Up to this point they have not been involved but for the actual prison break the PCs join the mission.

Be sure to check the Adventure Logs for the PCs.  Rescue at Glares Peak Act 1: Crash Course and Act 2: Spies and Sympathizers should dictate how the PCs are making their entry into the prison based on the plans they laid before breaking into the prison.

One of the seasonal goals in Season 1 of Legends of the Galaxy has to do with The BARON trying to locate a Duke from house Pelagia.  Duke Pelagia was taken captive by the Galactic Empire after rival Tapani House Mecetti completed a planetary bombardment.  Most of House Pelagia were branded as traitors to the Galactic Empire for their ties to the former Jedi Order.  The BARON hopes that in locating Duke Pelagia he may be able to rally the Pelagian people to join his Rebel Cell at Arda Base.  The PCs have a bonus mission objective to slice into the Prison’s Imperial Data Network and locate the Duke.  For GM reference the Duke is currently located at the Spice Mines of Kessel.  This will play heavily into the Kessel Run Adventure Series.  To access the Imperial Data Network the PCs must break into the Warden’s Office on level 2 of the Administration Building.

One of the most exciting parts of Rescue at Glares Peak: Prison Break is the PCs have the opportunity to encounter Darth Vader.  Doing so would be deadly for the party.  The Game Master is highly encouraged to really embellish that encounter and describe the character’s untimely death in a fashion that would make them feel they were in the hallway at the end of Rogue One A Star Wars Story.
